My name is Esther Charles, and I am a 53-year-old woman facing serious and life-changing health challenges. I am writing this with hope in my heart, asking for help during a very difficult chapter of my life.

I have been diagnosed with glaucoma, a condition that threatens my eyesight and requires urgent and continuous medical care. Without proper treatment, my vision may continue to deteriorate, affecting my ability to work and live independently. Alongside this, I am also dealing with female-related medical problems that require medical attention and ongoing care.

These health challenges have placed an overwhelming financial burden on me. Medical appointments, medications, tests, and basic care have become increasingly difficult to afford. As my health struggles continue, my ability to support myself has also been affected.

In addition to my medical needs, I am currently facing housing difficulties. Safe and stable shelter is essential for recovery and well-being, yet I am struggling to maintain proper living conditions. Managing medical expenses while trying to secure or improve my housing situation has become impossible without help.
