Hello, my name is Maria Thompson and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. I’m currently going through a very difficult time due to a medical emergency that has turned my life upside down. I’ve been diagnosed with a serious condition and the cost of treatment, medication, and basic living needs is more than I can handle on my own.
