Refund & Donation Policy
Transparency matters. This policy explains how donations, refunds, chargebacks, and fund reversals work on Donorr.

This Refund & Donation Policy applies to all donations made through the Donorr platform. By donating or creating a campaign, you agree to this policy in full.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made on Donorr are voluntary contributions made at the donor’s discretion. Donations are intended to support causes, individuals, or organizations and are not purchases of goods or services.
2. General Refund Policy
Donations made on Donorr are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be reversed at the donor’s request except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
3. When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Confirmed fraud or misrepresentation by a campaign creator
- Duplicate or accidental donations caused by a technical error
- Campaign removal due to policy violations
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Refund decisions are made solely at Donorr’s discretion and may involve review by payment processors.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a donor initiates a chargeback through their bank or card issuer:
- The disputed amount may be immediately reversed
- The associated campaign may be temporarily suspended
- The campaign creator may be required to provide verification
Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent removal from Donorr.
5. Platform & Processing Fees
Platform fees, VAT, and payment processing fees are non-refundable. In cases where refunds are approved, refunded amounts may be reduced to account for non-recoverable transaction fees.
6. Withdrawn Funds
If funds have already been withdrawn by a campaign creator, refunds may not be possible. In such cases:
- Donorr may pursue fund recovery where legally possible
- Future withdrawals may be restricted
- Accounts may be subject to investigation
7. Campaign Removal & Fund Handling
When a campaign is removed due to policy violations or legal concerns:
- Remaining funds may be refunded to donors
- Funds may be held during investigation
- Funds may be forfeited if required by law
8. Donor Responsibility
Donors are encouraged to review campaign details carefully before donating. Donorr does not guarantee outcomes or how funds are used once transferred to campaign creators.
9. Policy Updates
Donorr may update this Refund & Donation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
